Sparks, Nev. (October 3, 2022) – Fall is in the air; football is in high gear and Craft 55 at the new Legends Bay Casino is kicking off the season with a four-week celebration of beer. With 16 draft beers pouring daily, Craft 55 has already become one of the region’s premier destinations for beer lovers and aficionados, and starting on October 6 and lasting through October 27, Craft 55 will make room at its taps for Nevada’s best brewers to highlight some of their favorite selections. Tap Takeovers are already a big trend in the craft beer world, and Craft 55’s Tap Takeover Thursdays will celebrate by highlighting the best from the region. Each Thursday in October from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., a different brewer will take over 6-7 taps, and offer an exclusive lineup of their best beers. The kick-off event will feature Great Basin Brewing. Known for craft beer that speaks to the wild at heart, modern-day pioneers and those who refuse to settle. As the first and most award-winning craft brewery in the state of Nevada, Great Basin is focused on innovation while continuing to brew world-class beer. From authentic lagers, to inspired fruit & spice ales, as well as barrel-aged masterpieces.

In addition to sampling the distinctive beer selections, the Food Truck Hall will feature a live DJ, Thursday Night Football will be playing, and each of the food trucks will be serving up their tasty street fare, including favorites from Pizza Genius, Loco Bueno and Red 88.
